Utilizes a microprocessor for mathematical operations and can connect to various temperature sensors for signal measurement and control.
Main features include: 1. A new concept in computer digital automatic calibration: measurement value zero shift function; measurement value gain amplification function; cold junction compensation zero shift function; cold junction compensation gain amplification function; transmitter output zero shift function; transmitter output gain amplification function. Enables high-precision linear correction for various nonlinear signals.
2. Provides users with a setting interface for internal parameters (including input type, operation mode, output parameters, communication parameters, etc.).
3. E2PROM data protection ensures all set parameters are permanently retained after power-off, with parameter password locking.
4. Supports switching between multiple input types. Advanced jumper-free technology allows changing input types without altering jumpers or switches. The entire modification process does not require power-off; simply set the instrument's input type and related parameters to complete the change online.
5. Communication interfaces include two-wire, three-wire, or four-wire systems (e.g., RS-485, RS-232C, RS-422, etc.), with customizable options based on user requirements. Baud rates from 300 to 9600 bps can be freely set via internal parameters. Interfaces and hosts are optically isolated, with communication distances up to 1.2 km. The system adopts a master-slave communication mode, requiring only one two- (three-, four-) core cable (depending on the actual communication method) for the entire control loop to communicate with the host computer. The host computer can call the user-set device number to access field data from each instrument and configure internal parameters.
